How to ignore bullying

BULLYING IS PSYCHOLOGICAL SICKNESS.  Remember that those who are bullying you has once in their lives was bullied by their families, friends and those people around them.  Person who bullies wants to show dominance over other people just to seek for attention because they lack it.

Remember to do the following:
1)  Ignore them.  The more the bullies sees that you are affected by their actions they get the euphoria of being the more dominant species.  Don't give them the damn psychological fulfilment that they need.

2)  Prove them wrong.  Stay positive and engage to the things that you love in order to refocused on the better side of you.  Remember nobody is perfect even those who are bullying you has a lot of imperfections as well.

3)  Watch them 20 years from now,they are the looser and unsuccessful because they will carry their insecurities along their adulthood and let the destiny made its way to pay back.







How to move on

The hardest part of moving on is acceptance. Acceptance that the person you have loved and once exclusively dating is gone.  You can dry all your tears and cry a river every night but he/she will never come back.  Accept it that you have done everything to save the relationship but nothing works better than split up.  That is why when you are in the relationship you should do everything to make it work so that when the terminal stage of relationship calls for a park,  there is no ifs and what ifs.
Steps on acceptance:
1)  Be honest to your self. Accept that in every relationship failed is a two way street.  Somewhere along the way you have done a lot of failure as the other half.
2)  Write a letter and throw it.  Write everything you wanted to say to your ex and read it over and over again and then throw it.
3)  Cry a lot.  If you have to shed the tears for a day or a month then do it.  Promise to yourself that there would be a one last cry.
4)  Accept that everything happens for a reason.  He/she will not be meant for you.
5)  No contact and if he/she tries to contact you and you feel you are not ready to talk to him/her, then control yourself to prevent you to  go over the same process again.  Remember, if you wanted to start and repeat from the number one, then it is your choice.
